About Us > Our Track-Record
Chamartín’s portfolio in Portugal has included the IPD Portugal index since 2003. The track-record of the Chamartín portfolio, a reflection of the know-how in managing investment properties (shopping centers and offices), in the various time frames has shown performances that are consistently higher than those provided by the market index.

The performance of Dolce Vita´s portfolio (which represents more than 50% of the group’s global portfolio) was decisive in the distinguishing of Chamartín as “Best Balanced Fund – Portugal”(1) in the last two editions of the IPD / Europroperty Awards (2).
