As concerns the shopping centres’ business unit, personified in the Dolce Vita brand, it incorporates the three major areas of the value chain of these operations:

The development of Shopping Centres, from identifying investment opportunity to its materialization (concept conceptualization, construction development, space commercialization), and subsequent official opening;

Ownership and exploration of Shopping Centres;

Management of Shopping Centres , in the development stage as well as in the revenue stage, both in Asset Management and in the more operational component of Property Management;

   The knowledge acquired at each stage and area of the "course" of a shopping centre allows us to absorb the underlying synergies. The Dolce Vita concept is the expression of this reality.
